My Mother passed away this past year and an 11 yr old little buddy of mine. I worked for free for several months as I watched the company that I worked for go out of business which still owes me $7K.
I lost everything that I had several years ago while trying to help someone else. So I know first hand what it's like to dig your way out of that hole.
I am single and live alone. I recently moved to this rural area from the city and being the shy person that I am, haven't made any friends as of yet.
If there is any way that I can be of assistance to anyone, please let me know. Even if it's just the need to talk to someone.
I have a spare bedroom w/private bath in 1800 sq ft house, large yrd, full basement w W/D. I am thinking about sharing with a single parent in need of emergency shelter, homeless or about to be homeless, depending on the situation at the time.
I've helped three single moms get back on thier feet in the past. The first took four years and the second took seven. She had a drug and severe mental problem. It had it's ups and downs but all in all the ups far out weighed the downs. If I had to do it all over again ... I wouldn't have missed the experience for anything in the world.
Love you all! God Bless!
